However, the drop off/pick up location may change without you being notified (which happened to my family as well as other guests). However, the shuttle service was horrible! The hotel offers its guests free shuttle service to/from the airport as well as to/from the strip.
I would give the hotel (alone) a positive review. There is a security guard posted by the elevators at all times to ensure only guests have access to the floors where the guest rooms are located (first floor is where the casino and restaurants are located and the public has free access to them).
